One of the most important things I learned after Robin Sharma, author of the book The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, was the famous writer Robin Sharma, was how useful and productive it is to wake up at 5 in the morning. Immediately after finishing the course, I decided to wake up at 5 o’clock every morning for a month. When I woke up at 5 in the morning, I felt as if I had won the first victory of the day. Starting the day faster than anyone else makes a person consciously successful.

Most of us sleep more than we need too. A normal person can stay completely healthy by sleeping only 6 hours a day. Sleep is nothing but a habit. Like any other habit, you can achieve the desired result. You can get used to it by getting less sleep. Many of you will say that when I get up early, I feel very weak. For the first few days, of course, you will feel tired.

This is normal. When I was just getting used to it, I covered my eyes with a sleeping mask before going to bed and took an additional 3mg of melatonin to help me fall into a deeper sleep during my short sleep. Even after 4 hours of sleep, when I woke up, I felt completely refreshed. Friends, consider this a short-term challenge your face in the pursuit of a long-term goal. I currently use the sleep cycle mobile app and the app wakes me up when I’m not in deep sleep and I don’t feel any discomfort when I wake up.

You will always feel anxious when you want to get used to something. It’s like getting used to new shoes. For the first few days, you get a little anxious, and then it sits on its feet like a box lid.

After waking up at 5 o’clock, I meditate for 10 minutes.

For those who do not know what meditation is, I would like to note that you sit in the form you see in the picture and focus only on your breath. To breathe properly is to live properly. A thousand different thoughts may come to your mind, but try to focus again on just breathing.

For beginners to meditate, I recommend the Headspace mobile application. You will meditate more comfortably with the Headspace mobile application.

After meditating, I give thanks for everything I have and make myself breakfast. For breakfast, I usually eat 2 egg whites or make a cocktail. The cocktail contains cottage cheese, bananas, fruit, yogurt, and milk. Sometimes I add creatine to a cocktail which gives me energy and helps me focus better while working out.

Listen Musics “Music is Life”

While eating, I listen to uplifting music and go through my daily routine until 6:30.

I leave home at 6:30 and go to the gym on foot. I exercise every day from 7 to 9 in the morning and take a cold shower for 5 minutes after finishing the exercise. Taking a cold shower in the morning has many health benefits and helps to start the day productively.

I have been in the office at 9 o’clock and I work according to the daily work plan I have prepared for the night. I eat at lunch without being full and work until 5 o’clock in the evening.
